He hangs out on Clyde Rd. in Hartland and looks for Drunk Drivers.  If you encounter this preditor contaft me. I will give you a full half price discount to take his arrests to trial. I believe Officer Kretzschmer is a bad cop and is arrogant and will do and say anything to make an arrest stick. I have reported this over zealous cop to the authorities but they don't care. The only way to bring this corruption down is to get him on the stand in a trial and expose him.
